Hello and welcome to the Guild of Charlotte Artists web page.
The GCA is an organization of local artists and friends of the
visual arts, founded in 1948. Our members work in oil, watercolor,
clay, and photography. Our goal is to promote art and local artists
and their work through education, fellowship, and sharing of
talents and ideas.
Benefits include monthly member meetings with artist
demonstrations, one juried member show a year, and at least one
judged show and one workshop a year. Cash and gift certificates
are awarded to show winners.
A monthly newsletter is sent to our members either by email
or snail mail.
